Construction of 1.4KM Road Works and Buildings/Infrastructure for the Agricultural Transformation Centre (ATC) At Karshi Grazing Reserve
The Federal Government of Nigeria/FCT Administration has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the FCT Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for: Construction of 1.4KM Road Works and Buildings/Infrastructure for the Agricultural Transformation Centre (ATC) At Karshi Grazing Reserve.
- The FCT Administration through the FCT-SAPZ now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of 1.4KM Road Works and Buildings/Infrastructure for the Agricultural Transformation Centre (ATC) At Karshi Grazing Reserve.
- The Scope of Works includes but not limited to the following:
I. Site Clerance & Earthworks;
ii. Surface Water Drainage and Culverts;
iii. Road Works;
iv. Construction of Service Centre,
v. Construction of Processing Centre,
vi. Construction of Truck Parking,
vii. Construction of Water Facility,
viii. Construction of Power Facility,
ix. Construction of Storage Warehouse,
x. Construction of Cold Storage,
xi. Construction of Solid Waste Management Plant,
xii. Construction of Security Outpost,
xiii. Construction of Fire Station,
xiv. Construction of Admin Block,
xv. Construction of Health/Veterinary Centre,
xvi. Construction of Market,
xvii. Construction of QA & QC Lab,
xviii. Construction of Quarantine Zone.
xix. Confirmatory Site Investigation.
