The National Project Coordinator (NPC) of the Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) Programme, Dr. Kabir Yusuf, hosted a high-level Breakfast Roundtable Meeting in Abuja on facilitating seamless investment entry and operations within Nigeria’s SAPZs.

The event brought together key government officials, development partners, regulatory agencies, and private sector investors to discuss the establishment of a One-Stop-Shop (OSS) Framework aimed at streamlining approvals, regulatory services, and investment facilitation across SAPZ locations.

Speaking at the meeting, the Honourable Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Senator Abubakar Kyari, emphasized that the OSS framework will reduce bureaucratic bottlenecks, enhance investor confidence, and strengthen Nigeria’s position as Africa’s preferred agro-industrial investment destination.

The SAPZ Programme continues to drive agricultural transformation by promoting value addition, agro-industrialization, job creation, and increased participation of farmers and agribusinesses in competitive value chains.
